
Facilities
The main central hub for the club is the City Campus where we use the university's gym facilities.
Runs will be from the city campus outside the Boots Library
For swimming we use external facilities in the city - TBC
Indoor cycling sessions - city gym studio
The University has high quality road bikes which you can use for a small hire charge.
We also have the opportunity to use the Derby Velodrome for track sessions on Wednesday afternoons -TBC
Training/Session times
Running Training:
Tuesday: longer runs but no longer than an hour, 6.30pm Boots library
Thursday: Interval sessions, 6.30pm Boots library
Saturday: Park Run, 9am Forrest Rec Park
Cycling Training:
Tuesday: Spinning Session, 6pm - 7pm, City Gym
Wednesday: Road Cycling Rides, 1.30pm City SU
Friday: Indoor Spinning Sessions, 3pm - 5pm, City Gym
Swimming Training: Tbc – we are still sorting out venue hire, sessions will start January term 2.

There is also the potential to join other clubs, for example NTU Road Cycling have their own weekly cycling sessions.
